Andrew Milton-Thompson

Andrew Milton-Thompson is Managing Director of In2Search Ltd. He founded In2Search to respond to the desire of industrial and technology companies to have executive search conducted by consultants with international management experience and relevant sector knowledge.

Before entering the search business, Andrew held a number of senior positions in the UK and Switzerland at leading industrial manufacturing firms including Fusion UV Systems, a member company of Spectris PLC, and Union Carbide, now part of Dow Chemicals. He established and managed a European organisation for Fusion UV Systems, leading it through sustained growth to become a market leader in its business in Europe.

Andrew began his career in Executive Search in 2002, establishing a significant practice in the chemical and engineering sectors, and from 2004 developing an industrial search practice within an international search organisation based in London, before creating In2Search in 2006.

Andrew has held senior management positions as Secretary General and Chairman of the Marketing Committee at RadTech Europe, the European association which promotes the use of UV/EB curing technology for inks, coatings and adhesives. In recognition of this work, he was awarded Honorary Life Membership in 2001. He occasionally contributes articles on strategic and human resource issues to industry focused journals.

Andrew received an MA in Natural Sciences from Cambridge University and an MBA from the London Business School.

David Hall

David Hall specialises in Board level Executive Search in the Services and Technology, Food and Environment Sectors. David's clients benefit from his significant experience in the fields of Government, I.T. and Food and Environment where he held Executive positions in sales, marketing, business development and General Management.

David spent over a decade as Executive Director of ADAS Consulting, an Executive Agency of the Ministry of Agriculture, Fisheries & Food delivering research services, strategic advice and infrastructure projects to the government and commercial customers. Its expertise lies in sustainable management of the growing environment and is one of the largest environmental consultancies in Europe. While at ADAS, David led a number of major strategic projects for the Government as well as a radical change management program that resulted in an MBO in 1997.

David also spent over twenty years at IBM where he held a number of senior positions in marketing, sales and general management. He was Marketing Director of IBM Network Services, with others he created the IBM UK Services Business and later served as the Business Operations Director for IBM UK.

Christian Rolke

He has fourteen years of work experience as a researcher and associate/transacting consultant in the executive search industry. His specialism is conducting international searches in a variety of different sectors: automotive, aerospace, B2B, public transport, security equipment, consumer goods, contract manufacturing, media, energy, building services and the financial markets. He also has a track record of conducting research in the public sector.

Since becoming self-employed in November 2004 he has worked on assignments in the UK, Germany, Russia and the Middle East. Used to working on truly global assignments. Recently he has also acted as an associate consultant for one of his clients and has successfully placed a number of candidates in the automotive industry. Christian holds two degrees in History and Political Science from Heidelberg University and the London School of Economics.

Emmie Morton

Emmie Morton is a Research Associate at In2Search, recruiting for international management positions in the chemical and related industries. Now based in London, Emmie recently graduated from Durham University with a degree in Politics. She has had successful involvement in telephone fundraising and has also had experience researching for the holiday property market. Emmie brings these experiences to support clients of In2Search.
