In2Search is engaged by corporate clients to fill specific search mandates.

However we are intent on building trusting relationships with all our contacts, as they may at different times be candidates, provide recommendations or references, or indeed become new clients.

During the course of an assignment we talk to a large number of individuals in the search for candidates whose experience and ability best fit our clients' needs.

We handle these conversations in confidence, with clarity and with respect. We undertake to keep candidates informed about their status throughout the recruitment process.

In2Search considers candidates for client assignments on the basis of relevant experience, achievement, capability and motivation, regardless of race, age or gender.
